FAQS

Here are some answers to your most commonly asked questions! Don’t see your question here? Feel free to give us a call or contact us here!

What should my child wear?

Ninja students should wear clothing they can easily move around in. Clothing shouldn’t be too baggy, long hair should be pulled back, and jewelry, socks/shoes should be left in the changing area. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle.

How long is a session?

Our ninja programs run on a monthly basis. Students will be auto-enrolled after their initial registration. We do require 30 days' notice if you’re looking to take a break or need to stop enrollment altogether.

What if we need to miss a class?

We understand how hard it can be to juggle all those schedules. If your child can’t attend their regularly scheduled class we offer make ups! Students can make up their missed class; classes need to be made up in the month they are missed.

Can we try it out first?

Absolutely! We’d love to see you for a complimentary trial class.

Do I need to wait until next month to enroll?

Join in now! We can prorate the month for you so there is no need to wait to register.

Am I required to stay during the class?

We only require parents to stay if children aren’t fully potty trained or if you’ve signed up for our parent-assisted program. Other than that, we encourage you to take an hour or so back for yourself, run some errands, or read a book while you wait for your child.

What days are there no classes?

Family time is important to us, so we give our instructors and staff some holidays off.
Here is a list of when classes won’t be running:

  • Christmas Eve-New Years Day
  • School vacation weeks
  • Memorial Day
  • July 4th
  • Labor Day
