We are currently looking for creative, fun, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable gymnastics and ninja coaches. If you love working with children and have a background in coaching, or just love gymnastics and/or ninja, please reach out to us.

Looking for a fun part-time position? We’re always looking to add great people to the team helping us deliver the most memorable party experiences for children and parents alike.
1. Activity Leaders
Do you have a knack for teaching children to safely have fun? Join our team as an Activity Leader. Duties will include oversight of one of our exciting activity areas (gymnastics gym or ninja room), providing safety briefings to guests and ensuring guests are acting safely and having a great time.

2. Snackbar Superstars
Join our team as a snack bar attendant. Duties will include processing food orders, preparing food items on schedule throughout the day, and maintaining a clean and safe food preparation area.

3. Managers and Manager Trainees
We’re currently looking for leaders to help mPower Athletics continue to deliver top-notch service and experiences to our customers. Whether you have management experience or management aspirations, bring a great attitude and a commitment to customer service - the rest is the easy part. Responsibilities include managing a young staff, organizing birthday parties, scheduling, and inventory. Candidates should have a great sense of humor, attention to detail, the ability to think on their feet and a fun attitude.

4. Instructors and Lifeguards
We’re always looking for certified lifeguards and swim instructors for our outdoor pool. Must love to work with small children and possess current lifeguard, CPR and first aid certifications.

5. Party Hostess/Host
Are you the life of the party? Join our team as a party hostess/host. Duties include checking in guests, working with party parents to make their event perfect, helping party guests move from area to area in the facility and generally being a resource to the party parents. Requires attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to think on your feet.
